Op-ed Submission: PRESIDENTIAL COOKIES

Children that raid the cookie jar are often caught with crumbs on their lips. Though the evidence is undeniable, the child will often lie; change the subject, even speak of crimes that their friends have perpetrated. Anything to change the subject of detection and punishment will do.

This attitude of piling on detour and decoy is often used by a defense attorney in courtrooms to confuse the jury. As a former jurist, this thought presented itself to me as I read of the questionable natural born citizen requirement of Barack Hussein Obama to become a US President. If documented properly, it appears Obama has legitimate “Derivative Citizenship.” This does not rise to the special Constitutional order exclusivity given only to the President and Vice President nominees.  

Since these two are the highest national office holders, the highest order of proof must be investigated and adjudicated to prove the geographic and physical origin of sovereign birth; so as to leave no doubt. Any doubt nullifies the exclusivity factor and demands Constitutional rejection to hold ether of the two offices.

Enter the decoy and detour of Barack Obama. Part of his cookie jar divergence is not to subliminally display of The President Elect Seal on every public appearance before inauguration day, but to flaunt it. Simply standing away from the podium the seal appears to be the real Presidential Seal in color and design. This display becomes an indelible and concluding visual statement that countered the on-going unique citizenship requirement of unconditional proof.

This practice of condescending to trickery will not sustain a noble statesman. Obama will be burdened with hiding many cookie jar raids from his past, current and future actions. Ronald Reagan was divested of such personal burdens and it showed in his easy uncontrived open life, his genuine good humor, as Governor and President.

Unless President Barack Hussein Obama hides from every camera, he will expose the cookie crumbs to the new emerging ‘Fourth Estate,” the American Press. Not even the New York Times will be able to ‘seal’ this fact from the ‘Mob’…that is investigative-truth and is the pillar of journalism.

For President Obama not be adversely burdened with falsification is within a sycophantic liars profile. It can go undetected for a long time. In a highly focal position as US President it would not last. However the subliminal burden will diversely effect the judgments of a President who needs the natural ease of judging; based on understanding American resolve to ‘Preserve and protect the Constitution.’ and to be the Commander in Chief of the defense of our nation.
