A CARBON COPY OF GOBBLEDYGOOK

 A CARBON COPY OF GOBBLEDYGOOK

Citizen Taxpayers, are you ready? I smell another bureaucratic rat; or better yet, I smell another pseudo-industry built on gobbledygook. It is essentially an administrative abomination built on hysteria; housed in rented office space. It is being created by the political entrepreneurs (people in public office and payroll) for self-aggrandizement, resume enhancement and to funnel public taxation funds to private companies: some could be newly founded that actually have the word “Power” in their title, yet do not produce more than political hot air.

These private fake-power companies under pseudo-legislated contracts will conger up mathematical formula requests to confuse and essentially intimidate real power-producing companies to create guessing game models of projected carbon emissions within imagined scenarios. Thus supplied with condescending tripe, the pseudo Power Administrating gang will simply copy and regurgitate it into heavy reports of gobbledygook for the political hacks to re-distribute to….landfill. Wetting the political beak from the public trough along the way is sure to follow. It is sometimes called political kickback. Wow, what a country!!

The leader and Guru-of-Gobbledygook, Al Gore, has inspired young Andrew Cuomo, another espouser of humble Greek origins, to carry the banner of Carbon-Credit financial foolery into personal wealth. Such is the political grifters reward in America. If the Fourth Estate; The Press, that speaks for the mob (average citizens) wake up, they may latch on to a real story not controlled by the Entertainment Industry, (formally the News Industry).

Xcel, New York AG strike climate pact.
Xcel Energy and
New York's attorney general, (Andrew M. Cuomo) struck a groundbreaking
deal requiring
Colorado's biggest electricity and natural gas supplier
to tell Wall Street about potential costs tied to dealing with climate
change.
The agreement paves the way for other power companies to follow suit.
In its annual report filed with federal securities regulators, Xcel
will have to tell investors about the financial risks related to:
* Present and probable future climate change regulation and legislation;
* Lawsuits related to climate change;
* Projected increases in carbon emissions from planned coal-fired power plants;
* And strategies for curbing emissions of greenhouse gases.
"This landmark agreement sets a new industrywide precedent that will
force companies to disclose the true financial risks that climate
change poses to their investors," N.Y. Attorney General Andrew Cuomo
said in a news release.

Xcel CEO Dick Kelly said in a release, the accord "will enhance our
already aggressive efforts to be responsible environmental stewards."
He added: "We previously provided detailed information concerning
the expected impact of climate change and greenhouse gas emissions
regulations on our operations, and under this agreement we will make
even more detailed disclosures." (My-Oh-My, Gee-Wiz: Notice ‘RISK’ is mentioned twice)

Translation to the average taxpayer: Xcell, surely will not expend these added efforts to New YorkState without a contract for payment on the stack of “Probabilities” they can create and deliver. Why you could create a parlor game on the “Projected” Gobbledygook the game-players could generate regarding ‘future climate guesses,’ irresolvable dingbat lawsuits, as well as projected increases (backward science assumed of course) of yet unplanned coal-fired power plants.

Are you starting to get the vortex of inconsequential hot air driving and spinning this con-job? I feel like rushing out to create a private power company as a consulting anomaly to serve this coming enterprise; Why, I could even have my headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.
