OPINION: HORSE THIEVES (An extended dissertation on U. S. politics)

Before the invention of the automobile and tractor, the mode of transportation was the horse. So great was its value, that stealing the animal would invoke the most severe penalizing sentence. One aspect of the value is the owner, thus stranded of his mount could perish. As moviegoers, we know well fortunes of the old western horse thief; swift hanging. Though horse stealing was never eliminated back then, the knowledge of the justice exacted, virtually slowed the practice to a hidden crawl. Harsh justice, is mete out for any high capital crime. Indeed, all justice systems must severely punish criminals who have perpetrated acts of horror. (Today, after lounging in prison for fourteen years)

The important value of the horse was therefore much higher than other property and equal in importance as a child. Is that still true, if not, what has changed? The answer is easy. When we listen to the news, we see the mutation of law regarding punishment and its deterring purpose. We record a few thousand, kidnap, and rape of children in America each year, 100 of them then murdered. Is this small number an unimportant consolation? I believe the judicially protected marketing of pornography through the Internet to our children is not First Amendment free speech, but steals the precious innocent years of youth. The drug culture and the "war" on it, is a loosing battle as well. With regard to the drug war dilemma, the new twist is to count the imprisoned players, multiply that number by their families and friends then look upon them as a voting block. Some say, the solution to this national ill, and save the ‘block,’ is to set them free. It matters not their station in the illegal drug trade ladder. Let us rehabilitate, or create another Federally led liberal bureaucracy, attempting to mold the State bureaucracy and build an industry around it. Seed it with more attorneys, housing, transportation; another Czar or two. It will not work because all these mini-industries will thrive upon the river of victims that it will create. Just like all welfare-state failures. In addition, if all drugs are legalized a new illegal drug industry will emerge; flourish and be emboldened to produce a variety of drug "toys" thus enhancing the culture. How do I know this will be? Simple, you forgot to hang the horse thief.

The Government of the United States of America attacks the family structure and culture, substituting our self-protection by adjudicating ‘phony tolerance’ and advancing the religion of nihilism. Look it up; nihilism is the self-aggrandized general rejection of established social conventions and beliefs, especially of morality and religion.

            To find the answer we must go back to the origins of the United States of America. You see, by creating liberty and protection of property the founders gave people the power over a government that might mutate and create tyrannical laws; yes, laws were written into the Constitution ordering Liberty and freedom to own property. To abuse that freedom of ownership was the most horrendous crime. To abuse the freedom of liberty was a horrendous crime. For a foreign power to try to take it away was to be met with a union of spirited and passionate determined force. For American citizens, forced to pay taxes to support illegal immigration, is worse than the King’s tax for which we revolted. For a corrupted power to take this property away should meet a horse-thief’s fate.

America’s founding fathers, before and after the Declaration of Independence, dreamed of such a freedom. The French and English looked upon that freedom as excessive and the US Constitution as an exercise in anarchy; of chaos preventing a civilized nation. It was destined to shortly crumble. The French Revolution was later inspired, in part due to our success at surviving such a test. The French nation has since revolved dozens of times to this day, still in wonderment of our longevity. No less than twenty years passed when a French diplomat wondered how long we could last. The answer was, ’We will begin to fail when our people forget how and why we got liberty, and when the first piece of liberty was not honored and protected’. I especially got a kick when I found the gift to our Secretary of State, Madeleine Albright, by the French Minister at her farewell dinner in Paris, was an early edition of French writer Alexis de Tocqueville's famed study of self-government, "Democracy in America," noting its origin contained Christian doctrine. The Minister must be still giggling. Albright should have read it before she took the job so she could have let some of the essence our origins rub off during her jaunts.

The collection of founding fathers were well schooled in western civilization; Roman to English history, and the tyranny used to suppress their populations. However, the founders declared that we would be different because our maker endowed us to be free. Every founder prayed for divine guidance as each hammered out these orders for freedom. They used this inspiration to give them courage to write the magnificent. They knew of the abuse of Monarchs to create their church and to deny another the freedom to worship. The most oppressive example is found in all Islamic states today. That is why there are orders for no national church, but orders to protect free worship. There was never a Constitutional order to separate God from our Government. Indeed, the origins document the events of our national creation as a gift of God not of men. Because those men and our people were endowed by our creator to enjoy inalienable rights, we became a Nation through that endowment. The Constitution gave us liberty that was responsible to moral law. Our Supreme Court must understand that Origin. Then the world may understand it and all American citizens as well.

Therefore, you see why the stealing of a horse was a very high crime. It is a crime of property that protected. Stealing Liberty is also a high crime because it is essential to life. When as a free people we exercise our vote as citizens, it is a very high honor. To hold that honor in contempt by allowing the false vote of a false citizen must be a high crime. It is a crime from a foreign source against our Nation. A person, who holds a governing office and abuses that office by corruption; inspiring illegal voting conspiracies, creating a tax then stealing taxes to enrich themselves under the disguise of liberal causes, commits a crime. It is a crime because it is unconstitutional. Isn’t stealing property and our inalienable rights under God worth hanging as a horse thief?

Let’s see now, is the stealing of moral freedom equal to the stealing of a horse? Didn’t we fight ourselves, and die in Civil War because of that very threat? If it is, then the high abuse to the nation through corruption in office is punishable by hanging. As a test, if you look at children as property for a moment and abuse them, which steals their childhood, then is it punishable by hanging? Is it worth a horse? If a drug purveyor seduces the innocent, do they steal innocence? Is it worth a horse? When a young man wins a boxing match and praises his Lord Jesus Christ for his strength, do we later discover he only found divine guidance and his soul while in prison? He says there was no family to tell him. He went to public school but was denied the knowledge of the divine guidance that inspired the founding fathers to create this Nation under God. Someone stole this from his youth. Was it the teachers union? Should the teachers who stole the knowledge be hung as horse thieves? It was premeditated wasn’t it? Weren’t they ordered to withhold that knowledge of divine guidance to the point of never teaching the origins and principles of American history? Who in the chain of withholding gets hung? Is it the Supreme Court for misinterpretation? Is it the hysterical minority who paid lawyers who themselves were illiterate in the origins? Correction: The ACLU gets major income by attacking Christianity evoking frivolous court decisions based on faulty interpretations and legal intimidation -- paid from public taxes. In addition, they get donations from titillated wealthy elite in the pursuit of malicious industry; they who imagine themselves as the endowers.

The other day was Presidents Day and I took the time to read President George Washington’s farewell address. Wow! His words way back then are astonishing. I will not repeat them here, however I know some members of our Congress would not be able to understand them. I believe even Alan Dershowitz did not understand them. I know because he misquoted, or rather shortened George Washington’s meaning, to state them incorrectly in a debate with Alan Keyes.

The cure for our cultural-suicide is the re-introduction into our educational system our true origins, including the thinking, speaking, writing, reasoning, and praying for guidance of our founding fathers. The Federalist Papers that argued for the ratification of the Constitution by the States is a requirement not only for our American students, but also for our politicians and judges. Challenge your representative of that knowledge, by asking to cause their words to be intermingled with the reasoning of the founders. For without those words known and repeated, is to tell the Frenchman we are indeed failing as a Nation. Without those words, other nations will not see us and know us. They will not benefit from our gift as George Washington explained in one of the jewels of his address. As with the same check-off list required for blasting off into space, a list must be required to allow prepared educators to install the origins back into the public education system. It will not be easy. However, with all Americans schooled in our history again asking for guidance, the cure will surely come. It is another chance for us, and a guide for the world.

Another dimension of National sickness is the actions of our major political parties. The weakness of our Congress of spiritual health is causing both parties to forget what their job is. The energy is turned inward to fight the other party; to annihilate it if possible, with lies and liberalistic demagoguery; to fool our citizens and not used in the business of good government. This evil is most prevalent in the U.S. Democratic Party, which has learned to maintain, then depend on a continuing illiterate citizenry to fear their lies, create racial divides, and harvest votes; a genuine corruption of government. It is indeed, human bondage. It was another subject of Washington’s address. Foreign forces taking advantage of the rift as well. I suggest to Congress, the Supreme Court, to be sure, I prescribe a daily prayer to take the time to pause and reflect on your national duty. Learn about the origins of the Constitution that you swore an oath to protect. How can you protect something if you do not understand its origin?

Getting back to my statement of the Federal Government creating this dilemma in which we are stuck. I wish to be clear on this. The weak in all three branches of this government have failed to exercise the checks and balances for which we prayed. They failed at the same time. Its cause was the undue influence of the hysterical or passionate illiterate by mischief or intent, inspired by the titillation of an equally salaciously liberal and origin-uneducated Press that joined forces with the academics. During the civil rights era, many varied social questions were passionately addressed. The guilt of many unfinished freedoms was abounding. During the quest for racial redress, other subjects let loose. Some of them un-constitutional, slipped through on the coattails of the virtuous ones. The prospect of loosing this boisterous vote caused the weak in Congress to allow the Judiciary to make law. Weakness in the Federal Judiciary complied, causing a confusion to further harden into un-constitutional rumor. I call it a rumor since the effect of bad law, mutates, and spreads like a rumor. It infected our Sovereign States and thus their law. Killing babies heads the list; it dilutes our senses to allow extended moral decay. The judicial mutation spilling over into local institutions and like a plague into education, causing fundamental American historical knowledge and logical reason to founder and disappear.

You see folks, in our documented Origins, there is no separation of the spiritual church and state. Quite the opposite is true. We have been fooled by the academicians, who themselves want to be the end of the educational feeding chain. They… want to endow! They withhold the true documented origins from being taught and reviewed and understood by others. Before and after the Declaration of Independence it is true that all our founding fathers prayed for divine guidance. The academics fooled our judges, judges fooled our irresolute Churches, then our people. People of all religious denominations have the protected liberty to worship, dominated by No National Religion. That is what the First Amendment orders. In addition, you will find the documented written speeches, letters, and reasoning of the Constitutional "orders" in your library. Simply look at the "Babylon" of Israel, Iran, the whole Mideast, the ‘tribes’ of the Balkans. Those religious wars, of people demanding ‘Chosen-People Status’ are un-fixable. Yes un-fixable, and our State Department should be announcing our sober attitude to them instead of diddling with their foolishness. We fear the expansion of criminal chaos in Chechnya and Russia. We fear Islamic religious and tribal conflicts, which changes from year to year, and worries our oil pipeline security. We will never be able to fix anything anywhere until we fix ourselves. We must fix ourselves because it will be the fix for the world in generations to come. We must in the very near future gather resources, protect those resources that can really be protected, and let the mad dogs of war slaughter each other, and wait out the slaughter. Yet we must veraciously defend ourselves from the spilling over of those conflicts and announce to the world our intent. George Washington explained that when a bewildered world finally peeks above the ashes they will see us because we will have cured ourselves and are visible in our most important export, the example of a Nation of freemen with God given inalienable rights. This explanation must be thoroughly known or taught to every citizen by adulthood. When they are ‘burdened‘ with this knowledge there can be no other outcome but health. Along with this discribed mental health comes the responsibility to renew every generation with the check off list of our Origins. Academicians will screech of "mind control," and other titles. However, you must always answer, that lying on the table for all to see, are the true origins of this sustaining Nation under God. Then after a free citizen, not shackled by the hysterical, reads and understands the source of our beginnings, this endowed freeman can do what his responsible will, must do. Until then, Academics may only be self-centered objects of idolatry, not the endower. Therefore, my fellow citizens, I ask only that you look for horse thieves, because when you find them, you will know how to cure your Nation.
